LEGs of a god

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RBZmLzv9NKQ

strong resemblance to bill Perry eh?

this guy's LT has to be outrageous, I am thinking a threshold of 800

multi-tasking and that feeling of uncertainty

So I wake up this morning, at 8:15 with full intentions of staying up but once again it was cold in the room and my bed looked like a much better choice, so I laid back down 'til 8:30 and decided if I was going to make it class, have breakfast and look good for dance class, I better get it in gear.

Jumped in the shower and headed to breakfast... the cashier didn't get the memo, although I am not smiling about it anymore so hopefully something will click.
that's me... not laughing at the joke anymore

Headed to K201, nothing special just figured out I did the wrong homework assignment the other day, which might explain why I felt like I had downs, and didn't get the extra credit points.

Got out of class and headed down to the trusty HPER 171. I love this class, dancing is by far my true calling. Maybe not but, I definitely enjoy the class. Although there is this one girl in there who is all about like making this one class her major. First of all, she leads, with an iron fist (or whatever ironic dance term you prefer). Second of all, she has been doing this for along time, so the question arises: Why are you here? this is like an intro class, the dance team is out back. So all the while people are trying to learn and get the moves, she is all flairy. For example, we were doing the cha cha into a new york. Well on the cha cha her hips could have knocked down trees the way she was swinging them. and then on the new york, she is throwin her free hand in the air like she just touched a boiling pot of water. So all the guys dread dancing with her because we are like OH GOD, she is gonna drive me like an ox. And all the girls don't like her because she corects them and stuff..... ooo lord, i could see a cat fight out of this. But if that's not enough, when she sits on the ground she doesn't do indian style, she bends her legs out. So she was easily the kid in elementary school everyone hated. Remember that, everyone was cross-legged except this one kid, who had had everyone double parked in and took up the equivalent of 2 spaces. CARPET HOG!

Then had sports management. This class is awesome, really. But it scares the bejesus out of me because it makes me wonder if I am in the right area. I was to work with sports; cycling, F1 racing would be sweet, you know something different. But the general consensus in the class is if it ain't got a ball, it ain't shit. well that scares me so I try to apply the stuff and make it work for what I want but it scares me because I don't want to end up ticket office manager for the detroit pistons, or some other job that I would easily trade for a nice pair of shoes.

Class was over for the day, had lunch, came back and read for a bit then decided it was time to throw a leg over the trusty bicycle.

Today was an interval day, and I was definitely feeling yesterday's session but in a good way. So I did four 10 minute intervals at threshold with a two minute rest. Followed by a ten minute acceleration set, 10 seconds on 10 seconds off. Then 10 second lead outs followed by a 10 second sprint. Then an effort down third. Face loop and back to the Briscoe. It was a good workout and I am definitely feeling it.

I wish this cough would go away, but can't have it all.

I wish my power tap would come back, and I wish I didn't have to ask the center desk to personally find my packages.

In other news, I found this picture entertaining

See, we don't mess around here on shoe 2, no you can get a haircut (yes we give haircuts here in the guy's bathroom), read and urinate all at the same time. Not to mention in this extremely comfortable chair with two positions; up right and slightly tilted back.

Cortney sent me a movie of the snow storm back home,

at this point, after what I have experienced of being at home, I would definitely pack up and move to some place warm and not at prone to weather spasms. word has it, it is coming this way, but its got a ways to go.

haha I look like a Pokemon (spell check corrected that... for the record)

SO the run down for the night; study math, grab a snack, work on K201, get dinner, Gym, Work

hopefully I will have time. If not, something will work out.

Stay tuned

CR1 TOMORROW!!! AAAAAAAAAA new bike new bike new bike

CRAIGLIST FINDINGS

as a few of you know I love reading craigslist personals, and usually they are pretty lame and nothing worth mentioning but TODAY definitely got my attention.... HERE's what I found

Looking for a sexy man 18-29 to practice my technique on. - w4m

Something to fantasize about and totally not spam and no cost:

I'm in Bloomington, IN and available for fun. Email me when you're ready for action.

If you require any type of coddling, coaxing, proving this and that, a chit-chat prelude or a plethra of email exchanges before deciding to come to visit....I'm not your gal.
Please understand that I haven't the time for such interaction. Kindly re-read my post and hit me back when you're ready for action. Email your pic and let's meet here in Bloomington and see what happens. Check out my pics, they're all me.

My Ideal Person:

I like muscles, and hairy chest, goatee, tattoos but they aren't necessary. I do like my man to be in good shape to keep up with me. hehe Please be 18-28 and...
IN GREAT PHYSICAL SHAPE.

I want a guy that is smart enough to stay in shape with muscles rippling here and there. (not too smart though, dumb is okay) hehehe I'm a sucker for muscles, tattoo's and goatee's, but they're not all necessary.

Contact me if you plan to be in Bloomington, Indiana within the week. I'd be happy to meet you at my place. wink-wink

It's okay if you don't have a huge one. :) I'm drug and disease free and seeking the same.

VERY IMPORTANT: I'm not into "cyber" or online chatting and trading emails back and forth in an effort to "get to know" someone beforehand. This is moot since people can and do say anything in emails. Only interested in meeting for real. All requests for photos and "tell me about yourself" messages will be deleted. Sorry but I have neither the time, nor the desire to deal with such nuisances. Not looking for romance, only fun. :) And only with a man that is IN SHAPE and drug and disease free. If that's you, hit me up with when you're coming to Bloomington, IN and we'll get together.

I hope to see you very soon. Don't forget to include your sexxxiest photo. To avoid spam I will not respond to emails without a photo attached. Please do not ask me for more photos or email BS bantering back and forth, here are 3 pics of me.

I sometimes only check my email once a week so please be patient if I don't get right back to ya, especially if you don't fit the description of what I'm looking for. wink-wink

Thanks for looking.

KISSES

Ok well there a few skantily clad pics at the bottom of the page nothing too off the wall, but I don't feel like posting borderline porn BUT it gets MUCH BETTER!!!!

What follows is the response to this ad.

One thing that is not mentioned is that the poster is a shemale
.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA NO WAY NO WAY... HOW DID this person find out? that's the question of the night

Frozen water bottles and that constant urge to urinate

Well today started off as any other day; woke up, saw the snow so I went back to bed, woke up again when todd's girlfriend made a b-line out the door, and figured if she's up I better get up. I wish the day would have stopped there. But I figured I should make my college funds go to work, so I darted down to get some breakfast.
On the thought of breakfast, and my dining experiences in general, I really hope the lady that rings up my food gets a new joke.... Quick. she is really stuck on this humor that I am going to fire Jeremy (my dining hall supervisor). I think we are on week three.... eventually the horse will start to smell (get it? beating a dead horse!).

I don't know how I feel about that sign. Are hunters going to get so bored that they start killing their horses, someone should have put a little more thought into this one.

On another train of thought how was it it 55 yesterday and 23 today?
But made my way down to the ye old hall of chemistry for a little Finite lovin'. Nothing too major stood out, just a review for a test on friday. which I don't know how to stand on that. Last time I took this test, I passed it, then again a week after that I broke my back and neck, soooo let's not do that this year.

After than went to the union to kill some time.... which I did with such grace.

Headed to economics, the TA wasn't there so we had the TA's TA, which let me tell yuh was a gift and a half (sarcasm dripping off of that statement). Do you suppose it is saying something when foreign people understand our economy better than the residents of our nation? I mean really? In all respect the gal did a good job, not like she was teaching something anyone really cares about so hats off in that regard.

After than headed off to Teter for some Interpersonal Communication. I don't know where they come up with the material for this stuff, but the people that write this must seriously have nothing better to do. I thought math was bad, this makes math look down right comparable to fire works. I kid you not when I tell you that we had to read 20 pages on how to transcribe stuff. Really? 20 Pages? REALLY, I was thinking like a checklist, or a summary. But I suppose a 20 page article regarding how it was offensive to write in the dialect of a southern jazz musician was just as efficient, and oh how inspiring. I swear if that teacher wasn't hot, I might put myself back into that ditch just to get out of that class.

this is what it looked like when i went to the ditch... symbolically

But finally the day was over... TIME TO TRAIN. Hauled it up to the gresh and had a good lunch. Then came back to the dorm and studied some math.

I then put on every piece of spandex I owned and went for a ride. Rollers are soooo last month. I got out at like 2:30, it was a balmy 23 with a 12 mph south west wind. Headed east to New Unionsville, then doubled back to catch the IUCC ride at 3. Caught up with Ren-jay, Isaac, Brett, Mike and this other guy ( I should probably know his name but that will come). We headed out north with intentions on forest. I questioned that decision due to the snow and rain and whatever else we got last night. But we climbed bean blossom (2.5 mile climb) and did the forest loop with no problems at all minus the fact it was miserably cold. But i would vote this as one of the best rides so far this season. At first we were just tempo'ing but we hit bean blossom and Isaac launched an attack, and from that point on it was tooth and nails. In retrospect, it wasn't that fast but in 23 degree weather it can be challenge. We all were pushing and jumping on each other (man that could be taken totally wrong) but no one could get away, it was pretty cool. I was happy, it was a good rest day. Overall, got 43 miles in for the day, which is legit for a. a rest day and b. for this weather. Interestingly enough, my hands warmed up, but I had this horrible urge to pee during the entire ride, like I have never felt something like this.. ever, maybe when your body gets so cold it uses fluids to warm itself up..... HM!

This is what I imagined we were comparable to

Marion college called me and asked about my transcripts. i don't know what I want to do on that issue, while it would be cool to be up there for the cycling and just a change of pace, I think things are starting too look up and as long as I can hold it down, I am in the right place.

I do miss Ryan, wish he hadn't transferred, it was nice havin a best friend here. but I got to learn to be out of my element and fight for myself, might as well learn now.

As for tonight; studyin' math and sports management. May hit the gym. need to get dinner or something to eat shortly and then WORK.

Speaking of work, I have started wearing this chef jacket while working, and you would be amazed the respect I get. I walk out carrying fries and pizzas and people are like WHOA he just got off working at that five star restaurant down the road. YOU BETCHA

See the difference? at first this guy is just a large man in JcPenney's suit but put on that white jacket and suddenly you want this guy all up in your main entree.

CR1 in TWO DAYS

Well I am going to go hit up the vending machine for a little bagget (not really french bread, but it certainly isn't a fulfilling bag, so there you have it)

Ok at first I though I was on an all guy's floor I must have been mistaken, because there is now a trend to shower together (I think different stalls) and play music while standing in front of the mirror..... and a homeboy just said "should i work out?" HM

There will be more

more thoughts... like waterfalls

Uhm I am not quite sure what is going on here. It kind of reminds me of the bike spiker at the SIUE crit. This guy is two seconds from taking that bike and introducing it first hand to the pavement. Just look at that face, he obviously wanted to play football in highschool but was simply not big enough, well now look who is pile driving 3,000 dollar bikes into the ground. That's right fellow class mates, he doesn't stop with a 30 dollar leather ball, No sir, not this guy. This man is just that, THE MAN and you can't argue with passion like that. actually Niels Albert just won the U23 cross worlds, and he is too old to do it again, so I imagine that is case to be destructive/power clean your bike.

Well the gym was fascinating, and now it is snowing in my dorm... through my air conditioner, normally this would be a positive thing in say June, or July however this time of year proves to be a unwelcome experience. although frigidaire might want to come photograph this for advertisements and glossy pamphlets.

I hope we have the 2:30 gathering this morning. I simply can't get enough of the meaningful discussions
"YO DAWG, I was soooo hammered"
"I know right"
"Let's go smoke a cig"
"yeah"
keep in mind it is a. 2:30 and b roughly 9 outside, give or take a few degrees.

COUNT DOWN TO CR- 1
3 DAYS - ships out tomorrow

you can't tell me that that isn't sweet. Throw my sram on there. O MY the sweetness will ooze like a candy shop.

This is passion and dedication. I can't wait to get my tan lines. I am obviously running out steam on what to say. sooo til next time don't play with fire

First blog and thoughts

well I made a resolution to start blogging so I figured I should keep that, and if it's too much... FORGET IT!
This week starts the first portion of my training (oh boy the intervals... I can feel the lactic acid building up and crystallizing right now). Today is supposed to be the first day, and I am pumped! It's time to get fast, and who doesn't love that? The only down-side is that it is raining; not really misting, the pavement is just really wet, so the question arises. Ride outside and get wet, but get a really good workout.
This morning; woke up, threw a leg over the bianchi and headed down to the B-school for some K201. I was a little upset my dance class was canceled, but what can you do? So I messed around in the union for a bit, then headed to sports management. Doc was gone, so we had a guess speaker. i might be coming home this summer because if you take the accounting course I need for my major anywhere but here, you know need to take a100, which doesn't make much sense to me but I suppose IU's gotta squeeze as much green out of you that they can, Right? but after a good lunch, did a little K201 homework, which eventually led to a massive headache and my death. After roasting my brains like a rotisserie chicken, I knew I needed to get outside. Mounted the trusty steed and took off for an incredibly good ride and workout.
Set a new PR on my first twenty minute time trial effort. I got all the way up the hill on the other side of Lake Monroe. I was pretty pumped. Unfortunately I have no power number to reference as my Power tap is still being recalibrated. But, Eddy Merckx never had a power meter, I think I can live without mine for a while. It's good to get away from the numbers.
But I got back right before the storm of the century (or you would have thought the way everyone was reacting). Got in, gave the bike a shower (literally got in the bath tub with it). got cleaned up and did a little math studying. got dinner, and now I am studying for sports marketing.
Things are starting to look up, Got my new shoes today... O my they are SEXY. Imagine those shoes, only in red where there is blue. They are ridiculously sick, not to mention free. Thank you specialized for such a strong warranty program.
Got my Cannondale System Six frame sold, so naturally made a trip to the bike shop to put the order in on my Scott CR-1. It's going to be one sweet ride, 3 days and let the glory unveil.

Maneli and I got word that we got the apartment for next semester. out in fountain park. little bit far out but super nice. I can't complain, plus it will keep me in better shape; you know riding in and out a mile to and from class.

Kinda lonely, but Whatever, racing season will be here soon and I will be so busy that I won't be able to keep the females off of me. RIGHT? OF COURSE!

Well laundry is done and studying needs to follow suit. Take it easy
